The Service
AxeAI provides an AI-powered guitar mentorship service. The service is operated by AxeAI. You can contact us at support@axeai.info.
Your Account
To use AxeAI you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
Subscription and Billing
- AxeAI is offered on a subscription basis at $12.99 per month
- New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial
- Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled
- You can cancel at any time via the Manage Subscription link in the chat interface
- Cancelling stops future charges — you retain access until the end of your current billing period
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under your statutory rights, contact us at support@axeai.info and we will assess your request in accordance with UK consumer law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AxeAI to:
- Attempt to extract, copy or reverse-engineer the underlying AI system or prompts
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent any access controls or subscription requirements
AI-Generated Content
AxeAI is powered by artificial intelligence. While it is built on extensive professional guitar teaching experience, the responses it provides are AI-generated and should be used as guidance only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any advice provided. Always use your own judgement and consult a professional instructor for matters of technique that could risk physical injury.
Intellectual Property
The AxeAI service, brand, and website are owned by AxeAI. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the service without written permission.
Availability
We aim to keep AxeAI available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AxeAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
